Neil McDonald

Senior Engineer

Neil has recently joined MPC as a Structural Engineer.

Neil brought his family over from New Zealand and brings 7 years’ experience to our team. He currently specialises in residential housing.

Neil has a passion for residential design, from simple to complex buildings. He enjoys the challenge of bringing a client’s dream house to life and to add value to all the projects he works on.

Outside of work, Neil values his church and family life. In the weekend you may spot him at the park or shopping centre running after his child.

If Neil didn’t have to work, he would travel up the coast to Old Bar, slip on his jandals (flip-flops) and spend a day on the sand.

If he won $50m he would build a house of his own design, continue working as a structural engineer, and give a lot of the rest away.
