• 5 levels of Residential Apartments

Challenge Faced / Engineering Problem Solved:

• Increased Earthquake Design requirements due to deep soft soils
• High water table causing hydrostatic uplift pressures on the building
• High corrosivity due to direct beachside exposure

• Building supported on single grout injected piles
• Continuously reinforced basement slabs
• Post-tension suspended concrete systems
• Structural steel framed roof and awnings
