The development comprised:

• 6 x multi-level structures over a continuous podium, ranging from 3 to 4 storeys
• Single level underground basement carpark under entire multi-storey buildings

Challenge Faced / Engineering Problem Solved:

• High level design water table required design of basement slab and footings for hydrostatic pressures
• Increased Earthquake Design requirements due to deep soft soils
• Sloping site required detailed temporary shoring and retaining wall design
• High lateral wind forces due to coastal exposure,
• High corrosivity due to coastal exposure
