We provided the structural design services
for this $65 million development comprising 5 towers,
ranging from 4 to 8 storeys and basement carparking
for approximately 250 vehicles.
Structural design of the development incorporated expected
foundation movements due to mine subsidence, and building
movement under earthquake actions.
The chosen structural solution included continuously
reinforced tanked basement slabs, precast articulated
basement walls, and a concrete framed building system,
providing a ductile structure for mine subsidence design.
